  • Fresh lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon zest to create the marinade.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.
  5. Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and the chicken is nicely charred.
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
