  • Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, whisk together fresh lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
  4. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
