- Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (1g)
- Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons, grated (15g)
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (8g)
Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer, or slice them into thin strips to create zoodles.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
