- Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable broth - 100 ml
- Carrots - 2 medium, sliced
- Potatoes - 2 medium, quartered
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
