Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets - 2 (approximately 150g each)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon slices - 4 thin slices

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, chopped dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the marinade generously over the top of each fillet.
  4. Top each fillet with 2 lemon slices.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
