- Salmon fillets - 2 (approximately 150g each)
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon slices - 4 thin slices
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, chopped dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the marinade generously over the top of each fillet.
- Top each fillet with 2 lemon slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
