  • Ricotta cheese - 150 grams
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • Cooked ground turkey - 150 grams
  • Spinach - 50 grams (fresh or frozen)
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Marinara sauce - 200 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and lay them out flat on a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cooked ground turkey, 50 grams of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take one lasagna noodle and place about 2-3 tablespoons of the ricotta mixture at one end. Roll the noodle tightly and place it seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat with the remaining noodles and filling.
  6. Once all roll-ups are in the dish, pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
