- Lasagna noodles - 4 sheets
- Ricotta cheese - 150 grams
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Cooked ground turkey - 150 grams
- Spinach - 50 grams (fresh or frozen)
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Marinara sauce - 200 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and lay them out flat on a clean kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cooked ground turkey, 50 grams of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take one lasagna noodle and place about 2-3 tablespoons of the ricotta mixture at one end. Roll the noodle tightly and place it seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat with the remaining noodles and filling.
- Once all roll-ups are in the dish, pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
