- Pita bread - 2 pieces
- Tomato - 1 medium, diced
- Cucumber - 1 small, diced
- Red onion - ¼, thinly sliced

- Plain yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped onion, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Form the lamb mixture into small patties and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- While the lamb is cooking, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing plain yogurt, lemon juice, and chopped parsley in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Warm the pita bread in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until soft.
