Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, cottage cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well blended.
