  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 50 grams
  • Butter - 30 grams, melted
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, sour cream, melted butter, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Fold in the cooked egg noodles and half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture.
