- Eggs - 2 large
- Sugar - 100 grams
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Milk - 250 ml
- Unsalted butter - 30 grams, melted
- Egg noodles - 100 grams, cooked and drained
- Raisins - 50 grams
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Gradually add the milk and melted butter to the egg mixture, whisking until smooth.
- Fold in the cooked egg noodles and raisins until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish (approximately 20cm x 10cm).
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
