Ingredients

  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Sugar - 100 grams
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Milk - 250 ml
  • Unsalted butter - 30 grams, melted
  • Egg noodles - 100 grams, cooked and drained
  • Raisins - 50 grams
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the milk and melted butter to the egg mixture, whisking until smooth.
  4. Fold in the cooked egg noodles and raisins until evenly coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish (approximately 20cm x 10cm).
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
