Ingredients

  • Potato kugel - 200 grams
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Sour cream - 50 grams
  • Caramelized onions - 50 grams
  • Fresh chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Slice the potato kugel into thin triangles or wedges to create nacho chips.
  3. Place the potato kugel pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper, then toss to coat evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the baked kugel chips.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
