- Chives - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Sauté until the onion is caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
