- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon (5ml)
- Chopped almonds - 2 tablespoons (15g)
- Raisins - 2 tablespoons (30g)
- Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon (1g)

Steps
- Rinse the brown rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then drain.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed rice and almond milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer uncovered for about 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.
- Add honey, cardamom powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for a few minutes to thicken further.
