  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Erythritol (or preferred sweetener) - 30 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 30 ml

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a small loaf pan.
