- Bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
- Cauliflower florets - 1 cup
- Spinach - 2 cups, fresh
- Vegetable broth - 4 cups (low sodium)
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon

Steps
