Ingredients

  • Zucchini Noodles - 200 grams
  • Canned Tuna (drained) - 150 grams
  • Cream Cheese - 100 grams
  • Heavy Cream - 100 ml
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 50 grams
  • Frozen Peas - 50 grams
  • Diced Onion - 50 grams
  • Garlic Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Parmesan Cheese (grated) - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the drained tuna to the skillet and mix well with the onions.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. Stir in garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add the zucchini noodles and frozen peas to the skillet, and pour the cream mixture over everything. Stir until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
