- Zucchini Noodles - 200 grams
- Canned Tuna (drained) - 150 grams
- Cream Cheese - 100 grams
- Heavy Cream - 100 ml
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 50 grams
- Frozen Peas - 50 grams
- Diced Onion - 50 grams
- Garlic Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Dried Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Parmesan Cheese (grated) - 30 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the drained tuna to the skillet and mix well with the onions.
- In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. Stir in garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the zucchini noodles and frozen peas to the skillet, and pour the cream mixture over everything. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
