- Ground beef - 250 grams
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 150 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Taco seasoning - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large leaves
- Diced tomatoes - 100 grams
- Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
- Avocado - 1 medium
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and cook the seasoned ground beef for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the cheese shells by placing 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese in the skillet for each taco, spreading it into a round shape.
