  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 150 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Taco seasoning - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large leaves
  • Diced tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Avocado - 1 medium
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and cook the seasoned ground beef for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  4. While the beef is cooking, prepare the cheese shells by placing 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese in the skillet for each taco, spreading it into a round shape.
  5. Cook the cheese on medium-low heat for about 2-3 minutes until it melts and starts to turn golden brown.
  6. Carefully flip the cheese round and cook for another 1-2 minutes until crispy. Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly to hold shape.

  8. Top with lettuce leaves, diced tomatoes, slices of avocado, and a dollop of sour cream.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy your Keto Tacos!
