- Taco seasoning - 2 tablespoons
- Diced tomatoes - 200 grams, drained
- Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
- Eggs - 2 large
- Sour cream - 50 grams
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
