Ingredients

  • Fresh spinach - 200 grams
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Cream cheese - 60 grams, softened
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  5. Add the cooked spinach, almond flour, salt, black pepper, and oregano to the cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
  6. Grease a small baking dish and pour the mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
