- Fresh spinach - 200 grams
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Cream cheese - 60 grams, softened
- Eggs - 2 large
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Add the cooked spinach, almond flour, salt, black pepper, and oregano to the cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
