  • Canned artichoke hearts - 100 grams, drained and chopped
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
  • Sour cream - 50 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
