  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Diced tomatoes (canned) - 200 grams
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and red bell pepper, sautéing until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
