- Ground beef - 300 grams
- Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Egg - 1 large
- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Butter - 20 grams, for frying
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large, for serving
- Pickles - 4 slices, for serving
- Mustard - 2 teaspoons, for serving
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Once melted, place the patties in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through and browned.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for a minute.
- To assemble, place each patty on a large lettuce leaf, top with a slice of pickle and a teaspoon of mustard. Wrap the lettuce around the filling to create a slider.
