Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 300 grams
  • Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Butter - 20 grams, for frying
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large, for serving
  • Pickles - 4 slices, for serving
  • Mustard - 2 teaspoons, for serving

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Once melted, place the patties in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through and browned.
  4. Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for a minute.
  5. To assemble, place each patty on a large lettuce leaf, top with a slice of pickle and a teaspoon of mustard. Wrap the lettuce around the filling to create a slider.
