Ingredients

  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined) - 300 grams
  • Cauliflower - 1 medium head (about 400 grams)
  • Heavy cream - 120 ml
  • Garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 50 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Once the cauliflower is cooked, drain any excess water and transfer it to a blender or food processor. Add the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and blend until smooth and creamy.
