- Heavy cream - 120 ml
- Garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 50 grams
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
