Ingredients

  • Shrimp - 250 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Carrots - 200 grams, sliced
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
  • Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Add the peeled shrimp and sliced carrots to the cream cheese mixture and stir until well coated.
  4. In a greased baking dish, spread the shrimp and carrot mixture evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
  6. Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the casserole.
