Ingredients
- Shrimp - 250 grams, peeled and deveined
- Carrots - 200 grams, sliced
- Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
- Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Add the peeled shrimp and sliced carrots to the cream cheese mixture and stir until well coated.
