  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, freshly grated
  • Soy sauce (or coconut aminos for a lower sodium option) - 2 tablespoons
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional for heat)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they turn pink and are cooked through.
