Ingredients

  • Shrimp - 200 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Broccoli florets - 200 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the shrimp. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and almond flour. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  4. In a baking dish, add the broccoli florets and then layer the cooked shrimp on top.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the shrimp and broccoli. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
