Ingredients
- Shrimp - 200 grams, peeled and deveined
- Broccoli florets - 200 grams
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the shrimp. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and almond flour. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- In a baking dish, add the broccoli florets and then layer the cooked shrimp on top.
