  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 50 grams
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil (chopped) - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cut the cauliflower into florets and cook in boiling water for about 10 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
