  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. In a medium skillet, cook the ground pork sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Break it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
