Ingredients
- canned salmon - 250 grams
- almond flour - 50 grams
- egg - 1 large
- green onion - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
Steps
- Drain the canned salmon and place it in a mixing bowl, flaking it apart with a fork.
- Add the almond flour, egg, green onion, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined, then form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the patties to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil before serving.
