Ingredients

  • canned salmon - 250 grams
  • almond flour - 50 grams
  • egg - 1 large
  • green onion - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)

Steps

  1. Drain the canned salmon and place it in a mixing bowl, flaking it apart with a fork.
  2. Add the almond flour, egg, green onion, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  3. Mix all the ingredients until well combined, then form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Once the oil is hot, add the patties to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil before serving.
