Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 1 cup
  • Coconut flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Erythritol - 2 tablespoons
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Butter, melted - 3 tablespoons
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar-free marshmallows - 1/2 cup

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter and egg to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Press half of the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the sugar-free chocolate chips over the crust, then layer the sugar-free marshmallows on top.
  6. Crumble the remaining dough over the marshmallows to create a topping.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the top is golden and the marshmallows are puffed.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares and serving warm.
