- Almond flour - 1 cup
- Coconut flour - 2 tablespoons
- Erythritol - 2 tablespoons
- Unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
- Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Butter, melted - 3 tablespoons
- Egg - 1 large
- Sugar-free chocolate chips - 1/2 cup
- Sugar-free marshmallows - 1/2 cup
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter and egg to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Press half of the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the sugar-free chocolate chips over the crust, then layer the sugar-free marshmallows on top.
- Crumble the remaining dough over the marshmallows to create a topping.
