- Soy sauce (low-sodium) - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Rinse and chop the cauliflower into florets, then pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice. Alternatively, you can grate it using a box grater.
