  • Ground beef (80% lean) - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Bell pepper (red) - 1 medium, diced
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, diced
  • Soy sauce (low-sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Rinse and chop the cauliflower into florets, then pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice. Alternatively, you can grate it using a box grater.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
