Ingredients

  • Eggs - 4 large
  • Heavy cream - 120 ml
  • Shredded Gruyère cheese - 100 g
  • Cooked bacon, chopped - 100 g
  • Green onions, sliced - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Almond flour - 60 g
  • Butter - 30 g

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, and olive oil to form a dough.
  3. Press the dough into a greased 20 cm (8 inch) pie dish evenly across the bottom and up the sides.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until slightly golden.

  6. Stir in the chopped bacon, shredded Gruyère cheese, and sliced green onions.
