  • canned pumpkin puree - 240 g
  • cream cheese - 120 g
  • eggs - 2 large
  • unsweetened almond milk - 60 ml
  • granulated erythritol - 30 g
  • pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • almond flour - 50 g
  • butter - 30 g
  • chopped pecans - 30 g

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
