- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried rosemary, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade all over the pork tenderloin, ensuring it is well coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Sear the pork tenderloin in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
