  • Pork tenderloin - 400 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried rosemary - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried rosemary, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Rub the marinade all over the pork tenderloin, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
  5. Sear the pork tenderloin in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
  7. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve with your choice of sautéed low-carb vegetables.
