Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Bell pepper (diced) - 50 grams
  • Onion (diced) - 50 grams
  • Canned diced tomatoes (no sugar added) - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 150 grams
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
  • Pepperoni slices - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the canned diced tomatoes and let the mixture simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to a baking dish. Layer the shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
