- Bell pepper (diced) - 50 grams
- Onion (diced) - 50 grams
- Canned diced tomatoes (no sugar added) - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 150 grams
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
- Pepperoni slices - 50 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the canned diced tomatoes and let the mixture simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to a baking dish. Layer the shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
