- Zucchini - 2 medium-sized
- Fresh basil leaves - 50 grams
- Pine nuts - 30 grams
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive oil - 60 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create zoodles and set aside.
- In a food processor, combine the basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Pulse until finely chopped.
