Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Ground pork - 125 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 50 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sugar-free marinara sauce - 100 grams
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Fresh basil leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the meat mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a pizza shape approximately 1 cm thick.
  4. Bake the meat crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the sugar-free marinara sauce evenly over the top.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  7. Return the meatza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
