- Ground beef - 250 grams
- Ground pork - 125 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 50 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sugar-free marinara sauce - 100 grams
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Fresh basil leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the meat mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a pizza shape approximately 1 cm thick.
- Bake the meat crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the sugar-free marinara sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Return the meatza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
