- Ground beef - 300 grams
- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 50 grams
- Onion, finely chopped - 50 grams
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, egg, cheddar cheese, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
