Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 300 grams
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar-free marinara sauce - 200 grams
  • Fresh basil - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 5 cm in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs for added moisture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. While the meatballs are baking, heat the sugar-free marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  9. Once the meatballs are done, serve them topped with the marinara sauce and garnish with fresh basil.
