- Ground beef - 300 grams
- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar-free marinara sauce - 200 grams
- Fresh basil - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 5 cm in diameter.
