- Cauliflower florets - 300 grams
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 150 grams
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
- Heavy cream - 100 ml
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and add the cream cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Add the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the saucepan. Mix well until combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese, continuing to stir until the cheeses have melted and the sauce is creamy.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower with the cheese sauce, mixing until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
