Ingredients

  • Cauliflower florets - 300 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 150 grams
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and add the cream cheese, stirring until smooth.
  4. Add the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the saucepan. Mix well until combined.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese, continuing to stir until the cheeses have melted and the sauce is creamy.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower with the cheese sauce, mixing until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
