Ingredients

  • Cauliflower florets - 300 grams
  • Cooked lobster meat - 200 grams, chopped
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Heavy cream - 120 ml
  • Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still firm. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth and creamy.
