- Heavy cream - 120 ml
- Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still firm. Drain and set aside.
