- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 50 grams
- Fried shallots - 30 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until bright green, then immediately transfer to an ice bath.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, and mix until smooth.
- Add the blanched green beans to the cream mixture and stir until the beans are well coated.
