  • Unsalted butter - 50 grams
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Remove the ribeye steak from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Season both sides of the steak generously with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
