  • Spinach - 50 grams, chopped
  • Bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 50 grams, halved
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add the chopped spinach and diced bell pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
