Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams, thinly sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Yellow bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Onion - 1 medium, sliced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sour cream - 100 grams (for serving)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the marinade, coating it well. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced onion and bell peppers, sautéing for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly charred.
  4. Remove the sautéed vegetables from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the marinated beef, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Return the sautéed vegetables to the skillet with the beef, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat everything through.
  6. Serve the Keto Fajitas hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and a dollop of sour cream.
