  • Eggs - 4 large
  • Spinach - 50 grams, chopped
  • Bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
  • Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded
  • Cooked bacon - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, diced bell pepper, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon to the egg mixture, stirring until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
