- Spinach - 50 grams, chopped
- Bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
- Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded
- Cooked bacon - 50 grams, crumbled
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Add the chopped spinach, diced bell pepper, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon to the egg mixture, stirring until evenly distributed.
