Ingredients

  • Eggs - 4 large
  • Heavy cream - 120 ml
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 g
  • Cooked bacon - 60 g, crumbled
  • Spinach - 50 g, chopped
  • Green bell pepper - 50 g, diced
  • Onion - 30 g, diced
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced onion and green bell pepper until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  5. Stir in the crumbled bacon, sautéed vegetables, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
