Ingredients

  • cooked crab meat - 200 grams
  • almond flour - 50 grams
  • cream cheese - 50 grams
  • egg - 1 large
  • green onion - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons for frying

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, almond flour, cream cheese, egg, green onion, garlic powder, paprika, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and form a sticky mixture.
  3. Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the crab cakes in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
