Ingredients

  • Shirataki noodles - 200 grams
  • Fresh clams (cleaned) - 300 grams
  • Garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Dry white wine - 50 ml
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon (juiced) - 1/2

Steps

  1. Rinse Shirataki noodles under cold water and drain well.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the dry white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly.
  5. Add the cleaned clams to the skillet, cover, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the clams open up.
  6. Stir in the Shirataki noodles, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, tossing everything together.
  8. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and chopped parsley, and mix well.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
