- Shirataki noodles - 200 grams
- Fresh clams (cleaned) - 300 grams
- Garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Dry white wine - 50 ml
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Lemon (juiced) - 1/2
Steps
- Rinse Shirataki noodles under cold water and drain well.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the dry white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly.
- Add the cleaned clams to the skillet, cover, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the clams open up.
- Stir in the Shirataki noodles, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, tossing everything together.
- Remove from heat, add lemon juice and chopped parsley, and mix well.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
