  • Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup, shredded
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
  • Erythritol (or other keto-friendly sweetener) - 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon, melted
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
